Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect personal information (such as name, address, email, and payment details) only for processing your donation and sharing acknowledgements.
- We do not trade, sell, or share your personal information with any third party, except as required by law.
- Donors can request to remain anonymous or to be removed from our mailing list at any time.
Use of Donations
- All contributions are used for BRLF's programs and activities supporting deserving students and rural livelihoods.
- In case of surplus funds for a specific campaign, they may be redirected to similar initiatives with mutual consent.
Acknowledgement & Transparency
- Donors will receive acknowledgement receipts for their contributions.
- BRLF's reports are available on request for transparency.
Refund Policy
- Donation refunds may be considered only in case of an erroneous transaction.
- Requests must be made in writing within 2 days of the donation with proof of payment.
- Refunds cannot be processed if tax exemption certificates have already been issued.
